遙想兩千年前，張騫持節(jié)西行的馬蹄聲叩響歐亞大陸，絲綢之路上駝鈴相聞、商旅不絕。長安城元宵的燈火，曾照亮過粟特商隊(duì)的賬簿，溫暖過波斯使者的歸途。今日我們重走絲路，不僅為追憶"九天閶闔開宮殿，萬國衣冠拜冕旒"的盛世圖景，更要續(xù)寫文明互鑒的時(shí)代新篇。
中心始終秉持"以文促商，以商載文"的發(fā)展理念，通過舉辦跨國藝術(shù)展演、搭建非遺數(shù)字化平臺(tái)、商貿(mào)合作、 高校共建"新絲路學(xué)者"聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)機(jī)制等，推動(dòng)文化樞紐、商貿(mào)服務(wù)平臺(tái)人才培育計(jì)劃體系建設(shè)。站在共建"一帶一路"新十年的歷史節(jié)點(diǎn)，我們將：
1. 深化"數(shù)字絲綢之路"建設(shè)，打造元宇宙文化展廳；
2. 升級(jí)跨境電商服務(wù)體系，建立智能報(bào)關(guān)云平臺(tái)；
3. 啟動(dòng)"青年文化使者"計(jì)劃，培育復(fù)合型國際人才。

As the Lantern Festival of the Year of the Snake in the Chinese lunar calendar (Yisi Year) approaches, the Shaanxi Silk Road Cultural Exchange Center extends its most sincere holiday greetings to our global partners and friends who care about and support the Silk Road cultural cause. When the glazed lamps of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda light up the grandeur of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and the lantern shadows along the moat sway with the charm of the Qin and Han dynasties, let us jointly witness the light of civilization that this millennia - old commercial route is radiating in the new era.
Two thousand years ago, the hoofbeats of Zhang Qian's westward journey echoed across Eurasia, as camel bells and caravans filled the Silk Road. The Lantern Festival lights of Chang'an once illuminated the account books of Sogdian merchants and warmed the homeward journeys of Persian envoys. Today, as we retrace the Silk Road, we do so not only to reminisce about the golden age when "the palaces of heaven opened their gates, and envoys from all nations paid homage," but also to continue writing a new chapter of civilizational exchange in our time.
The Center has always adhered to the development philosophy of "promoting commerce through culture, and carrying culture through commerce." By organizing transnational art exhibitions, building digital platforms for intangible cultural heritage, fostering trade cooperation, and establishing joint training mechanisms for "New Silk Road Scholars" with universities, we are advancing the construction of cultural hubs, trade service platforms, and talent cultivation systems. Standing at the historical juncture of the new decade of the Belt and Road Initiative, we will:
1. Deepen the construction of the "Digital Silk Road," creating a metaverse cultural exhibition hall.
2. Upgrade cross-border e-commerce service systems and establish an intelligent customs declaration cloud platform.
3. Launch the "Youth Cultural Ambassadors" program to cultivate versatile international talents.
As the Lantern Festival moon rises, let us enjoy the light show where the charm of the Qin, Han, and Tang dynasties intertwines with modern technology, savor the cultural flavors of Terracotta Warrior-shaped yuanxiao and Huji flower cakes, and together paint the "fine brushwork" of civilizational exchange, building a "bridge of hearts" for mutual understanding among peoples...
